Stock & Seed is a mid century modern ranch-style farmhouse nestled on three acres of land in Argyle, TX, about 20 minutes north of DFW. 

The open-concept home was designed and built by DIY Network Stars, the Hayhurst Brothers, and is complete with abundant natural lighting and surrounded with Pella floor-to-ceiling windows, white walls, natural light wood floors, waterfall Caesarstone quartz countertops, a floating staircase, a concrete fireplace, custom Riad tile, and mid-century modern furniture & decor from brands like Article and Poly & Bark, amongst others.

The front yard is filled with beautiful oak trees and a custom fire pit + teak chair seating area for 6. Back yard is roughly 2 acres of ranch-style open land.
